As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and driven B2B Sales Lead to expand our impact across Europe.
• Identify, engage, and qualify new high-volume foodservice and food retail clients across Europe
• Lead the full sales process: from prospecting to closing deals for both hardware-as-a-service (HAAS) and software-as-a-service (SAAS) offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (owners, operations managers, sustainability officers)
• Deliver compelling pitches and demos, addressing client pain points with our innovative solutions
• Collaborate with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
• Track and report on sales performance, constantly refining your approach based on results
• Sales pipeline growth (number of qualified leads, demos, meetings scheduled)
• Revenue generation (successful deal closures, contract value)
• A passionate salesperson with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or hardware solutions
• Skilled at sales development and closing, with an ability to quickly understand and address client needs
• Experienced in selling to high-volume foodservice and food retail businesses, or similar industries
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to hit targets in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus!)
