As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will build and scale our brand presence, grow our user base, and support our commercial success.
• Refine and execute PackBack’s marketing and communications strategy
• Create and manage content across channels (website, social, email, PR, sales materials)
• Build brand awareness with both B2B and B2C audiences
• Support product launches and partnership campaigns
• Align marketing efforts with customer success, sales, and product teams
• Track and report on marketing performance, iterating based on insights
• Brand & user engagement growth (e.g. reach, followers, sign-ups, click-throughs)
• Campaign impact on commercial objectives (e.g. leads generated, activation rate)
• A creative thinker with a structured, hands-on approach
• Experienced in startup/ scale-up environments, ideally in hardware, SaaS, and/or sustainability
• A strong communicator (in English and Dutch) with storytelling instinctsComfortable switching between strategy and execution
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Hubspot, or Figma
